Our Beef is aged for a minimum of 28 days and well marbled to ensure tenderness and flavour. We carry Grass Fed rib steaks, boneless rib steaks, beef tenderloin, striploin steaks cut to your specific requirements.

POULTRY

Our Chicken and Turkey products are grain fed and air chilled, guaranteed to be the best chicken or turkey ever eaten. We also carry All Natural Mennonite chicken.
Moist is the word that best describes Micatoni’s Poultry.
Helpful Tip: Micatoni’s marinade chicken breast supreme: Paprika / barbeque seasoning, garlic powder, course black pepper, lemon juice and oil. In oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degress.

PORK VEAL  & LAMB

These Ontario grown meat products will definitely have your taste buds asking for more. Do not hesitate to ask Michael or Tony how to cook any of these quality local meats.

Recipe:
Micatoni’s Beer Braised 
Honey Garlic Pork Back Ribs

Salt & Peper – Place in foil pan meat side up.
Add one bottle beer (any beer will do)
Cover loosely with foil paper.
Place in oven, middle rack for 2.5 hours.
Brush barbeque sauce on ribs
(recommend Vittorio’s Honey Garlic
Place back in oven, top rack and broil for 5 to 6 mins
Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside,
guaranteed fall off the bone goodness
